NOAH M. BEAN joined TFLG in November of 2010 and currently serves as the firm's managing attorney.

Mr. Bean has represented clients in all phases of litigation, from pleadings and preliminary motions through discovery, trial, appeal, mediation, arbitration and settlement, and has obtained results for his clients in all character of litigation from small claims appeals in state court to multi-million dollar cases in federal court. The published opinion in one of his appellate cases was cited by the California State Bar as one of California's 10 most significant real property cases of 2012.

Mr. Bean spent his first two years as an attorney at Porter Scott, Sacramento's leading litigation firm, where he handled all aspects of a variety of litigation cases relating to property rights, premises liability and public entity defense. He now manages TFLG's litigation practice, which focuses on foreclosures, quieting title, property rights, insurance coverage, rent control matters and landlord/tenant disputes.

He is admitted to the California State Bar, all of the federal courts in California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he has handled civil actions in each jurisdiction. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar.

While attending law school at the University of California at Davis, Mr. Bean participated in Moot Court and Mock Trial, served as an editor of the Journal of International Law and Policy, interned with the securities fraud sections of the California Office of the Attorney General and Department of Corporations, and worked as a summer litigation associate at Porter Scott, Sacramento's leading litigation practice.

Mr. Bean graduated cum laude in 2001 from the University of Oregon's Honors Business Program with a B.S. in Finance and from the University's Clark Honors College with a B.A. in Political Economics. He then worked with Mr. Fernandez as a Litigation Paralegal for several years at the San Francisco office of Heller Ehrman on complex, high profile antitrust matters involving credit transaction processing before attending law school at the University of California at Davis.
